Job purpose:

• Manages the group of medical sales representatives;
• Organizes the filed work and prepare implementation strategy according to agreed Sales and Marketing plan;
• Ensures product(s) sales objectives and promotional strategies are aligned with ones of the Company;
• Ensures products are available for sales in Romania as per Distributors orders;
• Proposes for approval, implement and track commercial strategies in Romania;
• Keeps close relationships with key stakeholders.

Candidate’s profile:

• University Degree (a degree in Medicine or Pharmacy is an advantage);
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales manager position;
• Previous experience in the Oncology area;
• Good knowledge of marketing and sales principles;
  - Knowledge on pharmaceutical environment in Romania;
  - Self-initiative and proactive behavior; developed negotiation skills;
  - Coaching and counseling skills;
• Effective time-management and project management;
• Fluency in English (written and verbal);
• Driving license.
