the course: |
“Everybody has funny ideas – a good professional is someone who channels them all to the right direction.”
To conduct is to master the art of motivation and value; to learn how to sell ideas. Conducting techniques are important means to ensure the participation of everyone in a group, a team or in the audience.
How can this be done, leaving apart influence strategies?
Instead of having total control of the group, as it would be the case with a mechanical system, the group needs, it order to maintain its solidarity, a psychological system built on concepts, such as objectives, roles, rules and affinities.
One of the key factors of group cooperation is the moderator who mediates group understanding, allows information gathering and gives coherence to everyone’s contribution.
